The Property Valuation Service

During the Global Credit Crisis many people who purchased property in Poland have been concerned about the value of the real estate they now own. During 2009 and into 2010 we have had a growing number of requests to value property and we are now introducing a specific service in response to this demand. You can request either resale or rental value.

Note this is a service for owners who would like to find the 'real value' rather than values given by Estate Agents which can be over-optomistic as they hope to win instructions (the market in Poland still has active buyers).

To use this service we will need from you:

• the full address of the plot or property
• if the plot or property is currently rented, how much it is rented for
• if the property is not a plot of land:
• a floorplan of the property or the sizes of each room
• recent photographs of the property both inside and out
• the year the property was built (if known)
• if this is a period property what works have been done in the block, such as new electrics and plumbing or a renovated facade

Mamdom Buyer Assist will provide the following:

• at least ten comparable properties similar in location, condition and size
• general statistics on the local market (prices per square meter) and trends
• feedback from agents in the area about the current market
• a valuation based on the above along with explanatory text
